We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and referring to our specific brand size chart. Sizes can vary between fitness, urban, and speed skates, so always check the Mondo point measurement for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on protective gear or skates that show signs of outdoor use.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your equipment sooner for an upcoming competition or event.
Do you offer a warranty on Powerslide products?
Yes, all our hardware comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear on wheels, bearings, or brake pads.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
